In 2019, three friends and partners asked themselves a simple question: how can we improve the management of our multi-residential property while also creating a more efficient and sustainable structure?
They realized that by offering their services to external property owners, they could build a strong, multidisciplinary team capable of raising management standards for both their own portfolios and that of their clients.
Fast-forward a few years, and Gestion BRT manages close to 3000 units with the help of an expert team of engineers, accountants, real estate specialists and passionate professionals.
